Centinary Dr. ADU is a ground-up new construction accessory dwelling unit completed by RODO Development Inc. in Walnut. This approximately 700 square foot detached ADU features a functional 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout designed for efficiency, durability, and modern California living.

The project included full site preparation, new concrete foundation, structural framing, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from rough through finish. All work was performed in compliance with local building codes and Title 24 energy requirements. The exterior combines smooth stucco with composite wood siding accents, energy-efficient dual-pane windows, and a new roofing system with proper drainage integration. Inside, the open-concept kitchen and living area maximize space and natural light.

The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and recessed LED lighting. The bedroom offers comfortable proportions and closet space, while the bathroom features a walk-in shower, floating vanity, and modern fixtures.
